With a 30 year manufacturer's warranty, a 5 year workmanship warranty and 10 year limited workmanship warranty, you can rest assured that your home is protected

Standing Seam

Sleek and modern we take special measures that make sure all seams and ribs are uniform and symetrical throughout the whole roof, we install top of the line standing seam provided by Best Buy Metals. Using roofing best practice and using the manufacturers instruction we are happy to stand behind our 10 year S. Seam workmanship warranty, 15 year limited S. Seam workmanship warrantyand a 50 year manufacturer warranty,

Metal Roofing

Standard 36" metal panel roofing provided by Best Buy Metals, always following best practice and manufacturer's installation requirements, we deliver quick clean work at a more economic price as compared to Standing Seam, we provide a 10 year metal roof workmanship warranty, and a 12 year limited metal roofing workmanship warranty, alongside manufacturer 50 yr warranty.

In our (proffesional) opinion Metal Slate roofs are among the most elegant and beautiful roofs on this earth, while simultaneously providing the strength and longitivity of any other standard metal roof with the added benifit of having best in class wind resistance being rated at 215 MPH!

No job too big no repair too small, we offer a regular repair service that is scheduled as usual, or an emergency repair, that we strive to set off towards within the hour of scheduling, emergency repair is charged a premium, and said premium is due at time of arrival.

This job was a large 70 sq roof, we did this job for Consolidated Roofing Contractors inc. with our large crew of expert installers we stayed late into the afternoon to finish this large job, including all correctly installed shingles, flashings, & pipeboots, and a clean site, as if we were never there, besides the obvious large red dumpsters, provided by local company, Griffin Waste.

We are based in Arden and we serve all surrounding areas, depending on the project we may travel further,

How long does a typical project take?

Project timelines vary depending on the scope of work. A large metal roof with a lot of hips, valleys, & gables, will take many times longer than said roof with shingles, although if it is a simple roof it will be shorter.

Do you offer free quotes?

Yes! We offer free, no-obligation quotes. After an initial consultation, we’ll assess your project needs and provide a detailed estimate so you know exactly what to expect.

What will happen to my old roof?

We will handle the removal & disposal of the old roof, and we will also take care of the cleaning and sweeping with magnets. We want to make it look as if we were never there.

Do you provide a guarantee for your work?

Absolutely! We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer warrantys on our work to give you peace of mind. Specific warranties will vary depending on the type of roofing system—just ask us for details.

Can I stay in my home while the work is being done?

Yes, you definitely can! Although if loud noises and banging isn't your cup of tea, you might want to plan something ahead, to get out of the house for a while.
